Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Killian Risher (ranked 22955 p4p, 23433 weight class) and Shahram Sheikhan (ranked 302 p4p, 283 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shahram Sheikhan!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheikhan lands with a hook. Risher tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Risher moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sheikhan, as that shot connected.
Risher tries to close the distance and clinch but Sheikhan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Risher ducks right into an uppercut from Sheikhan.
Sheikhan stuffs the takedown.
Risher pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sheikhan throws a good cross that connects.
Risher dives in for a single leg takedown but Sheikhan sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sheikhan unloads a knee to the mid-section. Risher lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Sheikhan misses with a knee to the head.
Sheikhan tries a body shot but Risher blocks it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Risher wants to get back to striking at distance but Sheikhan won't allow it.
