Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Yoko Wakari!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsso shoots for a double leg takedown but Wakari sprawls well. He's pushed Johnsso's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Johnsso avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Johnsso will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

A left and a right from Wakari both land. Nice combination.
Johnsso changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wakari tries to avoid it but Johnsso manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wakari to the ground. Wakari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joni Johnsso. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wakari fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Wakari shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Wakari looking to control but Johnsso is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Wakari is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Johnsso slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Wakari seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Johnsso slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Johnsso had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wakari is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Johnsso Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wakari's back instead.
Wakari wants to get back to his feet.

Johnsso looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Wakari is controlling Johnsso 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard.
Wakari wants to stand but Johnsso is controlling his posture from full guard.
Wakari postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Wakari would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Wakari gets to his feet. Johnsso looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Wakari throws out a powerful jab.

Wakari tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Johnsso gets back to half guard.
Wakari drops an elbow to the side of Johnsso's head.
Wakari is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Johnsso is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Wakari's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wakari's back!

Johnsso is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Wakari has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Johnsso has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Wakari is defending well but eventually Johnsso manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Wakari has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
