The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilder throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wilder loads up on a big right hand but Smyth slips the punch.
Smyth shoots in and drives through. Wilder sprawls well.
Wilder sends Smyth crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Wilder is motioning to the referee to let Smyth up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Josh Smyth has been cut.
Smyth is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smyth misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Wilder lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Smyth is looking to close the distance but Wilder sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Smyth crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Smyth is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
