Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sicheng clinches up with Shot and pushes him back against the cage.

Shot ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Shot no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shot wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Sicheng has his foot on Shot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Shot works his way back into a safe position though.

Shot tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sicheng smiles and moves away.

Horrible takedown attempt by Sicheng or perhaps it was just good defense by Shot, which made it look bad.
