The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyatt lunges at Perry with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Perry's hand.

It looks like Bat Perry has been cut.
Perry looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wyatt is defended easily by Perry.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wyatt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wyatt lands with a shot to the body.
Wyatt pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A combination from Wyatt does no damage.
Wyatt tries to clinch up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wyatt throws a low kick but Perry moves out of range easily.
Perry stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Perry wants it to stay on the feet.

Perry clinches up against the cage.
Come on Wyatt - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Perry really is a fat lump.
Wyatt tries to work over Perry's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Wyatt drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bat Perry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lawrence Wyatt.
Perry struggles to land a body shot inside as Wyatt controls his hands.

Perry manages to break the clinch.
Wyatt swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Wyatt tries to clinch up but Perry circles away and keeps his distance.
Perry thinks about countering with a head kick.
Nice takedown defense from Perry. No joy for Wyatt on that attempt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Perry.
Wyatt throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Wyatt misses with a low kick.

Wyatt thuds a left hand into Perry's body.
Lawrence Wyatt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Perry seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Wyatt doesn't manage to clinch there - Perry circles away.
Wyatt throws a nice looking combination but Perry bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Perry quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Wyatt bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Perry's head backwards.

Bat Perry's cut is getting worse.
Wyatt connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Perry to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Wyatt!
