I think Silva Martins might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bongo Cha Cha Cha. Danilo Silva Martins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makmarwari shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva Martins is trying to defend but Makmarwari finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva Martins pushes Makmarwari off looking to stand but Makmarwari dives back in and keeps control.

Silva Martins sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Makmarwari 's guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Silva Martins's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Makmarwari flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Silva Martins anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Makmarwari and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Silva Martins slips an arm under Makmarwari chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Silva Martins has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Silva Martins is squeezing on Makmarwari like an anaconda would it's prey. Makmarwari fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
