Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ralphie Hornby (ranked 5044 p4p, 4440 weight class) and Arseni Mindlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ralphie Hornby!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arseni Mindlin!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mindlin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hornby.
A nice combination there by Hornby.
Arseni Mindlin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hornby is looking to clinch.
Mindlin stuffs the takedown attempt from Hornby. Hornby gets slowly back to his feet.
Hornby throws a sloppy head kick and Mindlin moves out of range easily.
Mindlin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Mindlin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mindlin throws a series of punches but Hornby avoids them all with ease.
It looked like Hornby was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Mindlin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hornby lands with a nice combination. Mindlin backs away looking to recover.
Hornby connects with a body shot that sends Mindlin's belly button to the back.

Mindlin shoots and misses
and Hornby counters with a three punch combo that has Mindlin backing up. Mindlin nods at Hornby to acknowledge the strikes.

Mindlin throws a sloppy head kick
and Hornby counters with a left and a right that stings Mindlin.
Hornby slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
A shot to the body from Mindlin misses
and Hornby counters with a two punch combo.
Hornby throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hornby tries a head kick but it misses.
Mindlin fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mindlin shoots in for a takedown but Hornby shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ralphie Hornby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arseni Mindlin.
Hornby swats away the attempt to clinch by Mindlin.
Hornby feinted with a counter takedown.
Mindlin fails with the takedown
letting Hornby counter with a right hand.

Mindlin slaps away a takedown attempt from Hornby, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mindlin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hornby defends it nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mindlin wants to clinch up but Hornby keeps it at a distance.
Mindlin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mindlin stuffs the takedown.
Hornby lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hornby is working the combinations to good effect here.

Hornby throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hornby tries to keep at a distance but Mindlin has taken the fight into the clinch.
Mindlin will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Hornby up against the cage.
Mindlin manages to pull guard.
Mindlin can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hornby controls the pace.
Hornby scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Hornby stands and throws Mindlin's legs to the side, diving into side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mindlin can do anything to dispel that myth.
Mindlin looking for a sweep but Hornby has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hornby raining down hammerfists from mount.
Hornby landing strikes, looking to finish!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mindlin is working to get back to half guard.
Hornby tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Mindlin is trying desperately to improve position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ralphie Hornby dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hornby moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hornby tries to clinch up but Mindlin circles away and keeps his distance.
Hornby shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mindlin eats them both and turns towards Hornby to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Mindlin is rocked!
Hornby clinches.
Mindlin is still on wobbly legs! Can Hornby finish him?
Hornby gets control of Mindlin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hornby will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Hornby is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mindlin is aware though and is defending well.
Mindlin stands up out of Hornby's guard for a moment - Hornby manages to land a nice upkick.
Mindlin drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hornby manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mindlin has Hornby in his guard.
Hornby is standing up over Mindlin. Mindlin looks to escape but Hornby dives into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hornby controlling the position from side mount.
Hornby decides to stand back up.
Ralphie Hornby is winning the standup battle so far.
Mindlin with a lazy takedown attempt
and Hornby counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Mindlin falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ralphie Hornby!
In his post fight interview, Ralphie Hornby started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
