Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kamal King (ranked 4125 p4p, 4160 weight class) and Ben Preach (ranked 465 p4p, 467 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kamal King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ben Preach!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King closes the distance and clinches up with Preach, looking for a takedown. King pushes Preach against the cage but Preach circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
King has managed to clinch.
King's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Preach digs a good hook to King's body.
Preach tries to keep at a distance but King has taken the fight into the clinch.
Preach drops down looking for an ankle pick but King pulls his leg out and moves away.
King looking to score a takedown here. Preach is defending well but King drives through and ends up in Preach's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
King really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Preach bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in King's guard.
King is trying to control the position but Preach postures up.

Preach wants to control from the top but King keeps moving.
Preach trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but King manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Preach doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
King stands and throws Preach's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Preach seems a little lost for a moment, as King dominates the positioning.
King looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Preach manages to work his way to half guard, despite King's best efforts.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

King is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Preach defends it well.
Preach is staying active underneath King, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Preach is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as King accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
King might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Preach throws a nice looking combination but King bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
King went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
King moves into the clinch successfully.
Preach drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
