Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roger Gracie (ranked 4325 p4p, 4577 weight class) and Doctor Zhen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by TOP 10 ROGER GRACIE SUBMISSIONS. The crowd seem to be enjoying Zhen's choice of entrance music: Sexy Boy. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roger Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Doctor Zhen!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Zhen counters with a nice body shot.
A big right from Gracie misses.
A nice side step and Zhen releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Zhen is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Zhen circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Zhen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Zhen appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roger Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie has his takedown stuffed
and Zhen counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Gracie thinking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie misses with a body shot
and Zhen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Gracie is looking to clinch.
Zhen let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Zhen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zhen now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Zhen defending well as Gracie loads up on a big left hand.
Gracie is breathing heavily.
Gracie tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Zhen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zhen! But no joy.
Gracie misses the body punch
and Zhen counters with a left to the body.
Gracie throws a lazy uppercut
and Zhen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Zhen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gracie.
Zhen moves out of range of the strikes.
A nice side step and Zhen releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Gracie doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Zhen counters with a straight right hand.
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie fails to land the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Zhen counters with a right hand to the body.
Gracie with a poor takedown
and Zhen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gracie swings for the body but Zhen moves out of range.
Zhen appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Gracie tries for a takedown but Zhen circles away easily
and Zhen counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Gracie throws a lazy uppercut
and Zhen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie shoots in for a double leg but Zhen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Zhen is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Gracie with a body shot.
Gracie closes the distance looking to clinch
and Zhen counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gracie moves to clinch but Zhen breaks away
and Zhen scores with a counter punch that sends Gracie to the canvas! Zhen smells blood - he's punishing Gracie with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Gracie has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Doctor Zhen!
During a confident post fight interview, Doctor Zhen thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
