Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lu Sicheng!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Da Macho!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Macho.
Macho looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Macho throws a series of punches but Sicheng moves out of range.
Macho misses with the combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sicheng looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Some wild striking there from Macho.
Macho throws a hook but Sicheng avoids it easily.
Sicheng appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Sicheng fails with the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sicheng fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Macho connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
It looks like Lu Sicheng has been cut.
Macho throws a series of punches but Sicheng avoids them all with ease.

Macho looks to land a combination but Sicheng avoids it well.
Macho misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sicheng shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Macho defends it nicely.

Macho tries to keep at a distance but Sicheng has taken the fight into the clinch.

Macho scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Macho uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Sicheng has time to react.
Macho tries to bum rush Sicheng with a series of wild strikes but Sicheng uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Sicheng tries for a takedown but Macho sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sicheng is breathing heavily.
Macho walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Sicheng drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Macho swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Sicheng's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Da Macho!
In defeat, Lu Sicheng stepped up to the mic, saying 'Losing is part of learning. If you don't experience defeat you will not learn and comeback stronger next time.'.
