The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul throws a body shot but no joy.
Slice uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Paul.
Slice dodges the punch combination from Paul.
No joy there for Slice, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Paul misses with a series of wild punches.
Slice swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Slice throws a series of punches but Paul avoids them all with ease.
Slice uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Paul.
Paul looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Slice throws a nice looking combination but Paul bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bruce Paul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Paul throws a right and a left that both miss.
Slice has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Slice sizes up Paul with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Paul will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Slice connects with a good right hand that stumbles Paul. Paul circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Slice walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Paul drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Slice swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Paul's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Micka Slice!
After the fight, Micka Slice was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Bruce Paul was interviewed post fight and said 'I got in my head before i event took the fight and asked my manager if i was even ready for this guy clearly i wasnt!!!'.
