Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yaden Dhargey (ranked 1452 p4p, 1746 weight class) and Shahzad Abdelrahman (ranked 210 p4p, 246 weight class). Dhargey comes to the cage accompanied by Gyallu - Anthem of Tibet. Abdelrahman comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Blow The Whistle kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yaden Dhargey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shahzad Abdelrahman!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Dhargey catches Abdelrahman right on the button with a cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Dhargey darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Abdelrahman takes a swing at Dhargey's ribcage but misses.
Dhargey misses with a body shot.
Abdelrahman fakes the leg kick and cracks Dhargey in the body.
Dhargey lands a nice shot that snaps Abdelrahman's head back.
Dhargey lands a jab to the nose.
Abdelrahman throws a big shot that misses.
Abdelrahman scores with a jab to the head.
Abdelrahman stuffs the takedown.
Dhargey rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Abdelrahman counters with a good, hard body kick but Dhargey shrugs it off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dhargey dives in and grabs Abdelrahman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Abdelrahman pushes down on Dhargey's head and hops out.
Dhargey lands with an overhand left.
Dhargey cracks Abdelrahman with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dhargey smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Abdelrahman misses the shot to the body.
Dhargey moves out of range of the body kick from Abdelrahman.
Abdelrahman avoids the body shot from Dhargey.
Dhargey with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Dhargey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shahzad Abdelrahman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Abdelrahman bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dhargey's head.
Dhargey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Abdelrahman is looking to land body kicks.
Abdelrahman tries to land a front kick but Dhargey steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Dhargey looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dhargey throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Abdelrahman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dhargey is in Abdelrahman's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Abdelrahman is on top in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Abdelrahman is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dhargey has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Abdelrahman is looking to defend but Dhargey has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Abdelrahman! Dhargey pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Abdelrahman taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Yaden Dhargey!
