Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shane Pulver (ranked 3598 p4p, 3349 weight class) and Damian Sanchez (ranked 432 p4p, 411 weight class). Sanchez has chosen Rainbow in the dark by -DIO as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulver keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sanchez.

Pulver uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sanchez.
And Pulver counters with a quick kick to the body but Sanchez blocks it.

Pulver throws a sloppy head kick and Sanchez moves out of range easily.

Sanchez tries to break the clinch but Pulver is controlling the position.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sanchez.

Pulver has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Sanchez regains guard immediately.

Sanchez is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Pulver dives into side control.

Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pulver. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sanchez tries to bench press Pulver off him but Pulver keeps the position.

Pulver is pushing Sanchez up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Pulver pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Sanchez! Pulver unloads with more strikes and Sanchez sinks to his knees! This one is all over!

Shane Pulver spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
