The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ukkonen swinging wildly here.
Ukkonen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dudayevs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Dudayev gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Ukkonen moves out of range as Dudayev strikes.
Dudayev throws a shot from downtown. Ukkonen moves away and avoids it.

Kaino Ukkonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dudayev walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A nice combination there by Ukkonen.

Ukkonen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dudayev is trying to defend but Ukkonen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fighters circle momentarily. Dudayev darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Ukkonen is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dudayev has managed to free his arm - good work.
Ukkonen uses his free foot to push down on Dudayev's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dudayev.
Dudayev tries to lock up and control but Ukkonen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Ukkonen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Ukkonen lands a nice shot to the head.

Dudayev takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Ukkonen! Dudayev is hurt baaadly! Ukkonen is firing away with more strikes - Dudayev is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
