Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mordechai Kowalczyk (ranked 2901 p4p, 1070 weight class) and Little Kitty Sripituksakul (ranked 183 p4p, 66 weight class). Kowalczyk kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nocturne op. 9 no.2- Frederic Chopin. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sripituksakul fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kowalczyk manages to avoid it.
Sripituksakul lands the left hand.
Sripituksakul throws a jab when Kowalczyk was well out of range.
Sripituksakul throws a lazy right hand but Kowalczyk sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Kowalczyk wants to sweep here but Sripituksakul controlling him for the moment.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mordechai Kowalczyk will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mordechai Kowalczyk.
I think Kowalczyk has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
