Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brando Reigns (ranked 4317 p4p, 3529 weight class) and Cayden Cadman (ranked 478 p4p, 411 weight class). Reigns kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tragedy. Cayden Cadman has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Brando Reigns's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reigns throws a hook to the side of Cadman 's head but Cadman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Reigns throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Cadman escapes and throws Reigns's legs to the side, diving into side control!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Cadman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Reigns is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Reigns is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cadman is just riding it out for now. Reigns eventually gives up the hold.

Cadman tries to land a knee to the head but Reigns blocks with his arms.

Reigns drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cadman pulls his leg out and moves away.

Cadman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Reigns's guard.

Reigns has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Cadman after a bit of a struggle.
Cadman is pressed up against the cage. Reigns has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cadman down to the mat. Cadman avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Cadman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
