Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Dupont (ranked 4333 p4p, 4068 weight class) and Mister Sister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dupont shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sister only half commits to the counter leg kick.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dupont.
Dupont throws a body kick that misses
and Sister counters with a straight right hand.
Dupont throws a head kick but Sister moves out of range.

Dupont tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sister defends well and Dupont ends up having to push Sister into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Sister wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dupont has him pressed against the cage.

Dupont has Sister pressed against the cage, preventing Sister from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dupont is looking to take this one to the mat.
Dupont looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Sister keeps the fight on the outside.

Dupont has closed the distance and engaged Sister in a clinch.
Sister is trying to force a seperation but Dupont has the dominant position.
The referee is keeping an eye on Dupont - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Sister drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sister jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sister stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dupont swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sister advances to half guard.
Dupont has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sister is working away from the top position though.

Dupont is refusing to be controlled, as Sister sits in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dupont is doing well to control the position and prevent Sister from advancing to side control.
Sister is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Dupont is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Dupont tries to roll over but Sister keeps him under control.

Dupont misses with a takedown attempt - Sister sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Sister dives in and grabs Dupont's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dupont pushes down on Sister's head and hops out.

Dupont jumps guard but Sister turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Dupont moves in looking to clinch but Sister pushes him off.
Horrible takedown attempt by Sister or perhaps it was just good defense by Dupont, which made it look bad.

Dupont is trying to escape back to his feet but Sister uses the scramble to pass into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dupont shoots in and bounces Sister off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Sister is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dupont is aware though and is defending well.

Sister drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dupont defends it well.

Dupont takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Dupont shoots for a double leg takedown but Sister sprawls well. He's pushed Dupont's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Dupont shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sister as he jumps to the side.

Dupont is leaning against Sister and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Mister Sister is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Dupont misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Sister ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dupont moves away.
