Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Atkiray (ranked 4582 p4p, 3688 weight class) and Petr Vrabec (ranked 397 p4p, 348 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Temujin Atkiray!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Petr Vrabec!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkiray connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Vrabec's hands.
Atkiray misses with a body punch
and Vrabec counters with a one-two to the body.
Vrabec fails to land the takedown.
Atkiray keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Vrabec moves forwards but Atkiray connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Vrabec takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Vrabec throws a head kick that half lands.
A nice leg kick from Vrabec, right into the meat of the thigh.
Vrabec ducks under a wild hook from Atkiray.
Vrabec throws out a counter right but Atkiray avoids it with no problem.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Atkiray misses with a looping left.
Atkiray shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vrabec as he jumps to the side.
Atkiray throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vrabec sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Atkiray connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vrabec momentarily.
Vrabec slips a straight right by Atkiray.
Temujin Atkiray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Atkiray misses the target.

Atkiray throws a hook to the side of Vrabec's head but Vrabec sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Atkiray looks to score with a jab to the body but Vrabec is just out of range.
Vrabec wants to slow Atkiray down by chopping away at his legs.
Vrabec moves away from the strike by Atkiray.
Vrabec moves out of range as Atkiray strikes.
Vrabec takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Atkiray closes the distance and clinches up with Vrabec, looking for a takedown. Atkiray pushes Vrabec against the cage but Vrabec circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Vrabec counters with a body kick.

Atkiray fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vrabec manages to avoid it.
A punch lands to the side of Vrabec 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Atkiray shoots for a takedown but Vrabec saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Vrabec tries to score a power double leg takedown but Atkiray sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vrabec somewhat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Atkiray moves out of range as Vrabec throws a body kick.
Vrabec gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Vrabec doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Atkiray accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Atkiray sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Atkiray with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Atkiray stays in close to Vrabec's body and controls the position.

That's time! Atkiray's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Vrabec shoots in and drives through. Atkiray sprawls well.
Atkiray throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Atkiray missing with a left hand there. Vrabec was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Atkiray misses with a hook
and Vrabec counters with a slapping leg kick.
Atkiray throws a hook to the side of Vrabec's head but Vrabec sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A telegraphed right hand from Atkiray misses the target.
Vrabec uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Atkiray.
A looping hook to the body misses from Atkiray. Vrabec does a little dance to reset his feet.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Vrabec! But no joy.
Vrabec takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Vrabec darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Atkiray keeps control of the position for the meantime.

Atkiray wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vrabec is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Atkiray is positioning himself well to prevent Vrabec advancing to mount.
Vrabec is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Atkiray still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Atkiray has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Atkiray looks up at the clock and then as Vrabec takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Atkiray smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Vrabec takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Atkiray throwing strikes but Vrabec manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Vrabec is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Vrabec is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Atkiray is just riding it out for now. Vrabec eventually gives up the hold.

That was a close second round but I would say that Temujin Atkiray will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Well Atkiray has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
