The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Usman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nash sprawls well. Nash wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Usman gets slowly back to his feet.
Nash with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Usman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nash.
Nash cracks Usman with an open hand slap.
Usman takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A jab from Usman finds it's way through Nash's defenses.

It looks like Jeff Nash has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nash feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Usman sprawling to the canvas! Usman rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Nash finish him?!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Usman throws a leg kick but Nash moved away.
Oh Usman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Nash counters with a left to the body.
Usman is breathing heavily.
Nash is stalking Usman. Usman circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Nash, and it's lights out! Usman really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
