Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gauthier Delsarte (ranked 663 p4p, 850 weight class) and Neville Southall (ranked 27 p4p, 33 weight class). Delsarte comes into the arena with Ah Non Cest Terrible blaring out of the sound system. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delsarte throws a leg kick which misses Southall's front leg but catches the back leg as Southall tries to avoid it.

and Southall counters with a body kick that stops Delsarte in his tracks momentarily.

Southall tries to close the distance and clinch but Delsarte swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Gauthier Delsarte's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Southall's coach down at Tran MMA Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Southall's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
