Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jax Willz (ranked 4366 p4p, 23382 weight class) and Frenke Bodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jax Willz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jax Willz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Frenke Bodson!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A slow jab from Bodson misses its intended target.
Willz tried to counter with a leg kick but Bodson avoided it.
Willz misses with a head kick.
Willz moves out of range of the leg kick from Bodson.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Willz is defended easily by Bodson.
Willz throws a head kick that misses.
Willz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Willz fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Willz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bodson wants to stand up but Willz is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bodson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Willz trying to control but Bodson is working from the bottom.
Bodson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Willz manages to pass to side control.
Bodson is trying to stand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Willz thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bodson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Willz missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Bodson looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Bodson shoots in and gets a takedown into Willz's guard.
Willz looking to control.
Bodson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Bodson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Willz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bodson is controlling him.
Bodson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bodson's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Willz could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bodson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Willz is rocked!
Bodson postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Willz covers up, he's hurt! Bodson keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Bodson and the ref steps in to end the fight! Bodson can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frenke Bodson!
