Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Grey Ape (ranked 1247 p4p, 990 weight class) and Cayden Abner (ranked 181 p4p, 142 weight class). Abner comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bulls On Parade kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Abner misses
enabling Ape to counter with a crisp jab.
Abner takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Ape moves out of range as Abner strikes.
Ape jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Ape tries to keep at a distance but Abner has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ape tries to work over Abner's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Abner fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Ape dips a shoulder and cracks Abner with a mighty uppercut! Abner falls back against the cage and Ape unloads with a barrage of strikes! Abner is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Ape screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Grey Ape!
After winning the bout, Grey Ape thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
The defeated Cayden Abner had this to say: 'Well that was fun, but the result was all wrong and kinda sucked. Let's do it again!'.
