Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jan Rusov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Mill!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rusov stuffs the takedown attempt from Mill. Mill gets slowly back to his feet.
Mill tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rusov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rusov seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Mill tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rusov swivels and escapes.
As Mill looks to move away, Rusov throws a big counter combo but Mill just gets out of the way.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mill.
Jan Rusov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dwayne Mill.
Mill misses with a body kick.
Rusov shoots for a takedown but Mill saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dwayne Mill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mill shoots in and drives through. Rusov sprawls well.
Rusov drops Mill with a left right combo! Rusov follows him down to the ground into side control.

Mill throws a head kick that misses.
Rusov shoots in looking for a takedown but Mill manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rusov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Rusov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mill but Mill pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Rusov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mill stuffs the takedown attempt from Rusov. Rusov gets slowly back to his feet.
No luck for Rusov with that takedown attempt.

Mill tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rusov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Rusov throws a nice looking combination but Mill bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mill dives in and grabs Rusov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rusov pushes down on Mill's head and hops out.
Rusov blocks a jab.
Mill shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Rusov wants to control but Mill is keeping busy.
