PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Everest Frank (ranked 2694 p4p, 4956 weight class) and Jake Jones (ranked 93 p4p, 95 weight class). Frank comes to the cage accompanied by Knife Talk x Drake ft. 21 Savage x Project Pat. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Jones!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Frank.
Frank lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Frank definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Check out the look on Frank's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Jones is trying to get back to half guard.
Frank will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jones is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones is working to avoid the ground and pound but Frank connects with a decent elbow.
Jones manages to get back to half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Frank connects with a nice short shot to Jones's temple.
Frank looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frank scores with a big shot! Jones's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Jones! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
