Talbain has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Talbain gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Thomas to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Talbain looks winded!

Thomas decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Thomas throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Talbain tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Thomas is in Talbain's guard.

Thomas stands and steps away. Talbain gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Thomas drives through with a powerful takedown. That's hurt Talbain!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
