Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Francis Hopkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kelly Williams!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hopkins just misses with a punch to the body.
Hopkins avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Williams throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hopkins swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
A slow jab from Hopkins misses its intended target.
Williams swings widly with a right hand
and Hopkins cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hopkins walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Williams throws a combination that misses
and Hopkins counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hopkins jabs at Williams's body.
Hopkins cracks Williams with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

enabling Hopkins to counter with a crisp jab.

Hopkins takes a swing at Williams's ribcage but misses.
Williams looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hopkins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away.
Williams moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Williams is still on wobbly legs! Can Hopkins finish him?
Williams ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Williams misses with a double jab.

Williams misses with a straight right.
Hopkins cracks Williams with a right hand to the side of the head.
Hopkins connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Williams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hopkins sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hopkins lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Williams circles away quickly and effectively.
A shot to the liver by Hopkins. Beautiful body shot.
Hopkins throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hopkins throws a body punch but Williams moves out of range.
Williams seems to have recovered his senses.
Hopkins ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A quick step to the side and Hopkins tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Williams scores with a sloppy right hand. Hopkins should have avoided that one.
Williams fails to land with a series of punches.
Hopkins lands with a nice body punch.
Hopkins lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hopkins tries to move into range but Williams moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Williams dodges the punch combination from Hopkins.
Hopkins scores with a decent looking hook.
Hopkins is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Williams swings widly with a right hand
and Hopkins counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hopkins misses with a hook. Williams ducked under it nicely.
Hopkins digs a good body shot into Williams's ribs.
Hopkins throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hopkins cracks Williams with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Hopkins throws an off balance right hand
and Williams counters with a stiff right hand.
Hopkins lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Williams falls backwards - clearly groggy! Hopkins dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
