Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Sycek (ranked 3227 p4p, 6282 weight class) and Buster Glover (ranked 406 p4p, 627 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sycek changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Glover looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Glover felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Sycek bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Glover's guard.

It seemed like Glover was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Sycek changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Glover tries to avoid it but Sycek manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Glover to the ground. Glover escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Glover throws out a counter right but Sycek avoids it with no problem.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sycek seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Glover circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Sycek to the canvas! Sycek doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Glover keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
