Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksi Saari (ranked 2940 p4p, 4138 weight class) and Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. (ranked 371 p4p, 475 weight class). Saari comes into the arena with Oranssi Pazuzu - Lahja blaring out of the sound system. Thibodeaux Jr. has chosen Rags2Riches as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thibodeaux Jr. fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Saari looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Saari lands with a straight right. Thibodeaux Jr. didn't see that one coming.
Thibodeaux Jr. is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Thibodeaux Jr. tries to clinch up but Saari circles away and keeps his distance.

Thibodeaux Jr. thuds his right hand into Saari's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Thibodeaux Jr. is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Saari rather than just go for the knockout.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Thibodeaux Jr. - that will leave a mark!
Thibodeaux Jr. ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Saari's jaw. Saari's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Thibodeaux Jr. does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
