Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vince Anthony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charlie Brown looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anthony gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Brown wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Brown is trying to drag Anthony to the mat but Anthony just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Anthony is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Brown pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Brown decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Anthony has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Brown is working away from the top position though.

Brown seems to be working for a kimura but Anthony defends the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like Brown is going to stand back up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Brown fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Anthony, pushing him back against the cage.

Brown misses with a double jab.
Brown swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Anthony.

Brown wants to break the clinch but can't.
Brown tries to pull guard but Anthony holds him up against the cage and eventually Brown drops back down to his feet.
Vince Anthony has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charlie Brown.

Brown escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown misses with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Vince Anthony will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Brown gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Anthony passes Brown's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Anthony wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brown keeps working.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Anthony in particular looking to stall.
Brown is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Brown is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Anthony is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Brown is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
