The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kroener throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Finkelstein's waist but Finkelstein gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kroener off to one side.

Finkelstein uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kroener.

Finkelstein throws a series of punches but Kroener avoids them all with ease.
Finkelstein ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Kroener shoots in and drives through. Finkelstein sprawls well.
Vadim Finkelstein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sascha Kroener.

Kroener takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Finkelstein has taken the fight to the clinch.

Finkelstein's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Finkelstein decides to stand back up. Finkelstein steps back and let's Kroener get back to his feet.

Finkelstein's corner calls for a 1-2. Finkelstein obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Kroener gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Finkelstein.
Kroener has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Finkelstein finds it's way round the side to connect with Kroener's head.

Finkelstein cracks Kroener with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kroener looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Finkelstein finish him?
Finkelstein throws a right hand that Kroener ducks under and follows up with a left that Kroener also avoids with ease.
Kroener looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Finkelstein lands with a straight right. Kroener didn't see that one coming.
Finkelstein throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Kroener stumbling backwards into the cage! Kroener bounces back off the cage towards Finkelstein, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Finkelstein lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Finkelstein celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
