PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lorick Spana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lorick Spana had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 188.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Teddy Bear enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lorick Spana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Teddy Bear!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spana looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bear is fending him off so far but Spana persists. Nope, Bear circles away and we're back to standing.
Bear looks to score with a jab to the body but Spana is just out of range.

Bear moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well Bear has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
