Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seydou Ahoussou (ranked 5316 p4p, 24803 weight class) and Youta Himura (ranked 581 p4p, 709 weight class). Ahoussou comes to the cage accompanied by Killer Instinct. Youta Himura will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Youta Himura!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Himura connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Seydou Ahoussou has been cut.
Ahoussou throws a lazy right hand but Himura sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ahoussou drops his hands momentarily and Himura takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ahoussou throws a nice looking combination but Himura bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ahoussou misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Himura.
Himura lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ahoussou checks the leg kick.
Ahoussou takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ahoussou misses with a head kick.
Ahoussou is looking to chop away at Himura's legs.
Ahoussou throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ahoussou doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Himura counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ahoussou thinking.
That kick from Ahoussou tenderised Himura's leg. Himura is trying to keep his angry face on.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Himura scores with a leg kick.
Himura misses the shot to the body.
Himura swings for the body but Ahoussou moves out of range.
Himura is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Himura explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Himura attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Ahoussou misses with a takedown attempt
and Himura connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Himura connects with a single shot there.
Himura walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Ahoussou drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Himura swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Ahoussou's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Youta Himura!
