The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Velasquez with that takedown attempt.
Gazzo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Gazzo stands up and beckons Velasquez to his feet.
Velasquez drops his hands momentarily and Gazzo needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Velasquez just on the top of the head. Velasquez drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Velasquez - he's done!
