Coppola kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Duality. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coppola blocks a head kick by Lao.
Coppola tried to counter with a leg kick but Lao avoided it.
Lao closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Salvatore Coppola has been cut.
Lao scores with a nice body kick.
Lao dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Coppola. That did some damage!
Lao looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Coppola misses with a takedown attempt - Lao sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lao swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

As Lao looks to move away, Coppola throws a big counter combo but Lao just gets out of the way.

We've been hearing reports that Coppola has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
