PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leon Bowser (ranked 3940 p4p, 23420 weight class) and Hajimaro Fujinuma (ranked 468 p4p, 664 weight class). Bowser comes to the cage accompanied by Tommy Cash - Racked. Fujinuma has chosen Yooooooooo as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowser digs a good body shot into Fujinuma's ribs.

Fujinuma drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fujinuma stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bowser swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bowser is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fujinuma is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bowser is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bowser has escaped and now he's on top!

Bowser got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fujinuma has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bowser has managed to get both his arms back between Fujinuma's legs - danger averted.

Bowser slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Bowser knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fujinuma on the ground.
Bowser wants to get up but he can't break Fujinuma's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Fujinuma is looking to cinch up a triangle. Bowser throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fujinuma's body to avoid the submission. Fujinuma has instead reached around Bowser's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fujinuma arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
