Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Cross (ranked 977 p4p, 1263 weight class) and Never Hurry (ranked 138 p4p, 176 weight class). Cross comes to the cage accompanied by Folk Metal. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Never Hurry!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurry throws a poor cross that misses
and Cross counters with a right hand to the body.
A jab from Hurry misses.
Hurry avoids a kick to the body.
Hurry fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cross manages to avoid it.
A quick step to the side and Cross tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cross on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Cross takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hurry blocks a leg kick.
Hurry throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hurry catches Cross with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like Jeremy Cross has been cut.
Hurry uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sloppy strikes from Cross. Those never looked like landing.
Hurry misses with a looping left.
Cross swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Hurry fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cross manages to avoid it.

Cross seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

A quick step to the side and Cross tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Never Hurry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cross thows a body kick. Hurry tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hurry throws a big shot that misses.

and Cross counters with a flying knee. Nice.

and Cross counters with a good, hard body kick but Hurry shrugs it off.
Hurry lands a nice shot to the body.
Cross lands a lovely overhand right.
Hurry lands a jab to the nose.
Hurry connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Cross is breathing heavily.
Hurry loads up on a big right hand but Cross slips the punch.
Hurry looks to land a left hand but Cross moved out of range nicely.
Hurry connects with a body shot.
Hurry throws a lazy right hand but Cross sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cross moves forwards but Hurry connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Hurry cracks Cross with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hurry has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cross to stand back up!
Cross gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Hurry points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Cross wakes up just in time to hear Hurry thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Never Hurry!
After the fight, Never Hurry was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Jeremy Cross was interviewed post fight and said 'BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON!'.
