Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Cooper (ranked 4394 p4p, 23723 weight class) and Charles Foster (ranked 152 p4p, 211 weight class). Foster is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Nuclear Power Trio - A Clear and Present Rager. Charles Foster is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charles Foster!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper misses with a head kick.
Cooper swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Foster counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Cooper is looking to stand up but Foster isn't so interested in that idea.
Cooper keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Foster is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Cooper can't keep his opponent in guard - Foster advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cooper lands a nice shot that snaps Foster's head back.

Foster wants to counter the offense by Cooper and move into the clinch position.

Foster steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Cooper.

It looks like Charles Foster has been cut.
Cooper has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Foster scores with a head kick. Cooper tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Cooper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

It looked like Cooper wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Foster shoots in and gets a takedown into Cooper's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cooper has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Foster off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Matt Cooper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cooper throws a low kick but it's checked well by Foster.

Cooper throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Foster on the side of the head.
That has opened up Charles Foster's cut even more.
Cooper cracks Foster with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cooper has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Foster to stand back up!
Foster is rocked!

Cooper lands a big right hand! Foster is out cold! This one is all over!
