Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Magni Fier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, James Bental!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fier misses with a right hand
and Bental counters with a nice body shot.
Fier swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bental.
Fier swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Bental counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fier changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Fier throws a shot from downtown. Bental moves away and avoids it.
Bental doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Bental walks into a straight right hand from Fier.
Bental ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fier misses the jab.
Fier cracks Bental with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Fier has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bental to stand back up!
Bental is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fier weaves into range and cracks Bental right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Bental goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Fier is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Magni Fier!
In his post fight interview, Magni Fier started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
