Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tanner Depri (ranked 4666 p4p, 3828 weight class) and Jack Black (ranked 0 p4p, 455 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tanner Depri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jack Black!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Depri shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Black counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Depri pivots, looking for a leg kick but Black is out of range and Depri settles back down.
Black lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Depri closes the distance looking to clinch
and Black counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Depri clinches up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Black lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Black's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Depri keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Black.
Depri could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Black throws out a loose jab but Depri uses good head movement to avoid it.
Black throws a shot from downtown. Depri moves away and avoids it.
Tanner Depri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Depri closes the distance but Black moves to the side
and Depri takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sloppy strikes from Depri. Those never looked like landing.
Black circles away from the clinch attempt
and Black counters with a crisp right hand that drops Depri! Black lets Depri back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Depri is rocked!
It looks like Tanner Depri has been cut.
Depri shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Black rattles Depri with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Depri tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Black dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Depri stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jack Black!
