Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Anderson (ranked 5822 p4p, 6246 weight class) and Michael Brooks (ranked 589 p4p, 614 weight class). Anderson comes to the ring accompanied by Matrix-In the end. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Anderson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Anderson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Brooks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Anderson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Brooks tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Anderson!

A very excited looking Kevin Anderson rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
