The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Nakano.
Nakano fakes the leg kick and cracks Aurelius in the body.
Aurelius missing with a left hand there. Nakano was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A big right from Aurelius misses.
Aurelius on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Nakano. Nakano obviously looking to wear him down.
Aurelius moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A jab lands there for Nakano.
Naoyuki Nakano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aurelius has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nakano finds it's way round the side to connect with Aurelius's head.

Aurelius stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Nakano.

Nakano swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nakano is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Nakano throws a leg kick which misses Aurelius's front leg but catches the back leg as Aurelius tries to avoid it.

Nakano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aurelius was well out of range. Poor timing from Nakano.
Nakano finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nakano walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Aurelius drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Nakano swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Aurelius's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
