Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Dubois (ranked 4934 p4p, 3568 weight class) and Lion Heart (ranked 523 p4p, 408 weight class). Clarence Dubois has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubois cracks Heart with an open hand slap.
Dubois takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Heart gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dubois.
Dubois lands a glancing blow to the side of Heart's head.
Dubois slaps away a takedown attempt from Heart, before circling back to the center of the mat.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

and Dubois counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Dubois lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Heart misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Heart looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Heart is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Heart tries to score a body lock takedown but Dubois shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Heart stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dubois swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Dubois gets caught napping as Heart dives in and scores a takedown. Dubois manages to retain guard.
Heart is standing up over Dubois. Dubois looks to escape but Heart dives into side control.
Heart stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dubois, as that shot connected.

Dubois is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

That was a close second round but I would say that Clarence Dubois will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dubois, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
