The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sasaki was well out of range. Poor timing from Hatter.
Sasaki tries to score with a low kick but Hatter moves his leg out of the way.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sasaki.
Hatter swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

and Hatter counters with a leg kick.
Sasaki misses with a straight left.
Sasaki throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hatter tries a quick counter leg kick but Sasaki is wise to it.
Sasaki connects with a body shot that sends Hatter's belly button to the back.
Sasaki smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Hatter throws a solid leg kick but Sasaki takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hatter.

Sasaki rushes Hatter and presses him up against the cage.
Hatter tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Sasaki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hatter throws a hook to the side of Sasaki's head but Sasaki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Hatter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hatter takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sasaki lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sasaki cracks Hatter with a right hand to the side of the head.

Hatter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hatter takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Sasaki lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hatter's sensitive parts.
Sasaki is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The fighters circling - Hatter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sasaki lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hatter takes a step back to recover.

Sasaki drives through and clinches with Hatter against the cage.

Sasaki throws a sloppy head kick and Hatter moves out of range easily.
Sasaki misses with a wild body shot.
Sasaki scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

A low kick lands for Sasaki.
Sasaki sizes up Hatter with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hatter thumps Sasaki with a low kick.

Hatter is rocked!
Sasaki and Hatter are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Sasaki throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Hatter into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Sasaki knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
