Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Jacks (ranked 4616 p4p, 5783 weight class) and Sargent Slaughter (ranked 165 p4p, 201 weight class). King Jacks could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sargent Slaughter's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, King Jacks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sargent Slaughter!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Chad Campbell and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaughter feints and as Jacks raises his hands in defense, Slaughter changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slaughter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jacks swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jacks kicks Slaughter off and gets to his feet.
Slaughter looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jacks tries to clinch
and Slaughter counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Jacks manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Slaughter keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Slaughter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jacks lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Sargent Slaughter has been cut.
Jacks tries to clinch but Slaughter is having none of it.

and Slaughter counters with a takedown into side control.

Slaughter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jacks. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Slaughter landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Slaughter is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Slaughter content to control rather than advance.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jacks looks like he's trying to stand up.

Jacks fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Slaughter is out of range.

Slaughter feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Slaughter is putting a hurting on Jacks here, landing some big shots from side control.

Slaughter decides to stand back up.

Jacks avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Slaughter looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jacks is one step ahead there.

Jacks will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Slaughter holds on and takes a little breather.

Slaughter swings around for an armbar but Jacks sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Slaughter's guard.
Slaughter wants to get back to his feet but Jacks is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Jacks would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Slaughter is controlling Jacks's posture.
Jacks working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Slaughter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jacks wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Slaughter is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Let's hope that Slaughter has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Slaughter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jacks is just riding it out for now. Slaughter eventually gives up the hold.

Sargent Slaughter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Slaughter winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
