The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fobbs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hent, pushing him back against the cage.

Fobbs breaks the clinch.
Fobbs misses with a hook

and Hent counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fobbs won't be happy with that.
Fobbs tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Hent stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Fobbs throws a leg kick that is checked

and Hent counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fobbs won't be happy with that.

Hent decides to stand up, so the ref orders Fobbs to his feet.
Fobbs throws a lazy uppercut

and Hent counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Fobbs is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Hent has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Fobbs is tapping! This fight is all over!
