The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Thomas lands with a cross.

It looks like Tommy Gunn has been cut.
Gunn does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Thomas connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Thomas lands the left hand.

Thomas catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Gunn stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Gunn walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!

Gunn is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Thomas engages and cracks Gunn with a massive lead left hook - Gunn tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Thomas is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
