Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sanrlley C minotauro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
C minotauro shoots in looking for a takedown. Lima tries to sprawl out of it but C minotauro keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lima manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lima shoots and misses

and C minotauro counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Lima is looking for a sweep. C minotauro is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
C minotauro drops an elbow to the side of Lima's head.
C minotauro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Lima wants to get back to full guard.
Lima is pressing down on C minotauro's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Lima controls C minotauro momentarily but C minotauro frees himself.
C minotauro might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lima is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

C minotauro closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - C minotauro lands in his opponent's guard.

C minotauro would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
C minotauro is keen to just control but Lima is a slippery customer.
