The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smith had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Eklund is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Smith Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Eklund's back instead.

Per Eklund showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Eklund shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily.
Smith tries to clinch there but Eklund circles away.
Smith lands with a kick to the temple. Eklund shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Smith has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Eklund. Oh but Smith has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Eklund goes limp - he's gone! Smith jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
