Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jubei Akechi (ranked 38 p4p, 25 weight class) and Frankie Logan (ranked 5 p4p, 3 weight class). Logan has chosen The Evil Scotsman as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jubei Akechi!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Frankie Logan!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan throws a jab but it's blocked by Akechi.
An attempted straight right counter from Akechi misses the target.

Akechi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Logan tries to avoid it but Akechi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Logan to the ground. Logan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jubei Akechi.
I think Akechi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
