Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adonis Black (ranked 4801 p4p, 4479 weight class) and Jimbo Gregor (ranked 586 p4p, 564 weight class). Jimbo Gregor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Black shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Black showed some decent athleticism there.

Black is nestled in close to Gregor, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Gregor manages to get back to half guard.
Black wants to take a breather but Gregor is having none of it.
Black passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gregor!
